By accessing and using SplitZero ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

SplitZero is a professional racing analytics platform that provides:

• Race performance analysis and split-time tracking
• AI-powered performance insights and recommendations
• Bike settings and test management tools
• Race comparison and data visualization
• Telemetry data integration and analysis

3. User Accounts

To use SplitZero, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

5. Data and Intellectual Property

Your Data: You retain ownership of the data you upload (race results, telemetry, settings). By using the Platform, you grant us a license to process and analyze this data to provide our services.

Our Platform: SplitZero and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TBP Racing and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Race Data Sources

SplitZero aggregates race data from public sources including:

• UCI (Union Cycliste Internationale)
• IXS European Championship
• National racing federations

We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy but cannot guarantee completeness or correctness of all race data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Emergency repairs
• Factors beyond our control

8. Fees and Payment

SplitZero may offer both free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You agree to pay the fees specified for your chosen plan
• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You authorize automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Refunds may be provided at our discretion

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Fail to pay applicable fees

You may terminate your account at any time through the Platform settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected
• The Platform is free of viruses or harmful components
• Race data and analysis are 100% accurate

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TBP Racing shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TBP Racing from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
